Return Policy

At Marian Light, your satisfaction is important to us. Since all products are custom printed and fulfilled through our trusted partner Lulu Direct (Print-on-Demand Service), returns and exchanges work a little differently from traditional retail. Please carefully review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:
    • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered).
    • Minor variations in color, print placement, or sizing within standard tolerances.
  • We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
    • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
    • You received the wrong item.
    • Your order was lost during shipping.

2. Return & Replacement Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us at info@marianlight.com within 20 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and coordinate with Lulu Direct to resolve the matter.
  4. If approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once Lulu Direct confirms the return or replacement request. Please allow 7–12 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

Since items are produced on demand, we cannot offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping one design or size for another). If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, as production begins shortly after. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with Lulu Direct and the shipping carrier to investigate and send a replacement.
