At Marian Light, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. All of our products are fulfilled and shipped through Lulu Direct, a trusted print-on-demand partner.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed.
• As our products are print-on-demand, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• Orders are shipped directly by Lulu Direct using trusted global carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (depending on region).
• The carrier is automatically selected based on destination and best available service.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5–12 business days after production.
• International: 10–20 business days after production (depending on location and customs).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
• Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered on select orders.

International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide through Lulu Direct’s network of carriers.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Delays & Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Marian Light is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance.
